การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาการบริหารและการจัดการศูนย์ฝึกกีฬาเทควันโด 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบการบริหารศูนย์ฝึกกีฬาเทควันโด และ 3) พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารศูนย์ฝึกกีฬาเทควันโดที่มีประสิทธิผล โดยในการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ศูนย์ฝึกกีฬาเทควันโดที่ขึ้นทะเบียนกับสมาคมกีฬาเทควันโดแห่งประเทศไทย ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2550 จนถึงปัจจุบัน จำนวน 115 แห่ง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารศูนย์ฝึกกีฬาเทควันโด จำนวน 115 คน ผู้ฝึกสอนเทควันโด จำนวน 115 คน รวมทั้งหมด 230 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.9810 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
The purposes of this research were 1) to develop the management and development of Taekwondo training centers, 2) to study the effectiveness of the model of training Taekwondo, and 3) to develop the effective Taekwondo training center. The samples of this research are 115 administrators and 115 trainers in Taekwondo training center registered with the Taekwondo Association of Thailand since the year 2007, totally 230 people. A research instrument was a 5-rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.9810. Statistics used for analyzing data composed of mean, Standard Deviation, and content analysis.
