การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนการสอนแบบมีส่วนร่วมที่เหมาะสม สำหรับระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การวางแผนศึกษาและรวบรวมข้อมูลพื้นฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การปฏิบัติตามแผนเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการ ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การสังเกตและประเมินผล ความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบ
The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate the use of a participatory instructional administration model at the senior high school education level. Three steps of the study process were conducted 1) to plan and collect basic information, 2) to follow-up the collected data with the plan to develop the participatory instructional administration model, and 3) to observe and evaluate a possibility of implementing the participatory instructional administration model.
