การวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนารูปแบบสหกิจศึกษาสาขาอุตสาหกรรมบริการ สำหรับสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนมีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการศึกษา สาขาอุตสาหกรรมบริการ ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน ในรูปแบบสหกิจศึกษา ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ประกอบการ และเพื่อกำหนดแนวทางปฏิบัติที่เหมาะสมสำหรับสถานประกอบการในการดำเนินงานสหกิจศึกษาสาขาอุตสาหกรรมบริการ โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักศึกษาสาขาวิชาอุตสาหกรรมบริการ ที่กำลังศึกษาในชั้นปีที่ 23 จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามซึ่งวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและ การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก
The research on the development of cooperative education modle for hospitality industry in private higher education institution aimed to develop a model of education in a form of cooperative education which was able to meet the need of entrepreneur, also specified the suitable guideline for the institution of co-education service industry program. The samples used in this study comprised second and third years students who were studying in the field of service industry program in private higher education. The instruments used in this research were questionnaires which were analyzed by determining mean, Standard Deviation, and in-depth interviews using content analysis.
