การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารเชิงระบบของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 29 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารเชิงระบบของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 29 และ 3) ประเมินผลการพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารเชิงระบบของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 29 โดยมีวิธีการดำเนินการ 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 วิเคราะห์การพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารเชิงระบบของสถานศึกษา ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารเชิงระบบของสถานศึกษา เก็บข้อมูลจากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 29 จำนวน 66 คน แล้วสรุปผลการศึกษาโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาของข้อมูล ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารเชิงระบบของสถานศึกษา โดยผ่านการพิจารณาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 9 คน แล้ววิเคราะห์เนื้อหา หาค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน นำค่าเฉลี่ยไปเปรียบเทียบกับเกณฑ์ ระยะที่ 3 ประเมินการพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารเชิงระบบของสถานศึกษา นำเสนอการพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารเชิงระบบของสถานศึกษา โดยการประชุมสนทนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 17 คน ให้ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิวิพากษ์และประเมินการพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารเชิงระบบของสถานศึกษา ในด้านความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ และมีประโยชน์ แล้ววิเคราะห์หาค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน นำค่าเฉลี่ยไปเปรียบเทียบกับเกณฑ์
The purposes of the study were 1) to study state and problems in the systematic management in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 29, 2) to develop a model of the management systems in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 29, and 3) to evaluate the systematic management in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 29. The research consisted of three phases. Phase 1 Analyzed the model of the systematic management in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 29 by collecting data from 66 school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 29 and making a conclusion by analyzing the data collected. Phase 2 Designed a model for development the management systems for schools which was examined by 9 experts. The content was analyzed by means and Standard Deviation and compared with the criteria. Phase 3 Evaluated the developed model and presented that model to a group of 17 experts at the conference to be critiqued and evaluated its appropriateness, possibility, and advantages. The model was analyzed by mean and Standard Deviation to compare with the criteria.
