การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารที่มีประสิทธิภาพของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร โดยทำการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอนได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาและสังเคราะห์กรอบของรูปแบบการบริหารงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพสำหรับผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพของโรงเรียน และขั้นตอนที่ 3 การประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้อำนวยการ จำนวน 25 คน รองผู้อำนวยการ 35 คน หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ จำนวน 140 คน รวม 200 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
This research aimed to develop and evaluate an effective school management model under Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area Office by researching 3 stages Step 1, the synthesis of management model framework for efficient administration for primary school under Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area Office; Step 2, to create an effective management model of the schools; and Step 3 to evaluate the effective administration model. The sample included 25 school directors, 35 deputy-directors, 140 heads of learning group, totally 200 persons. Tools used to collect data was a questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation.
