การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสมรรถนะดิจิทัลและความต้องการจําเป็นในการ พัฒนาสมรรถนะดิจิทัลของครูผู้สอน 2) พัฒนาสมรรถนะดิจิทัลของครูผู้สอน และ 3) ประเมินผล สมรรถนะดิจิทัลของครูผู้สอนระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา ปทุมธานี เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed Method) โดยดําเนินการวิจัยเป็น 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ 1) การศึกษาสมรรถนะดิจิทัลและความต้องการจําเป็นในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะดิจิทัลของครูผู้สอนระดับ มัธยมศึกษา ซึ่งใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และแบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจาก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้บริหาร ครูหัวหน้างาน และครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนสังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา มัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี จํานวน 331 คน 2) การพัฒนาสมรรถนะดิจิทัลของครูผู้สอนระดับมัธยมศึกษา ซึ่งกลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็นผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในการสนทนากลุ่ม จํานวน 12 คน 3) การประเมินผลการพัฒนา สมรรถนะดิจิทัลของครูผู้สอนระดับมัธยมศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูผู้สอนระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัด สํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี จํานวน 30 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ จํานวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าความต้องการจําเป็น และการทดสอบค่าที่ ผลการวิจัย พบดังนี้ 1) การศึกษาสมรรถนะดิจิทัล และความต้องการจําเป็นในการพัฒนา สมรรถนะดิจิทัลของครูผู้สอนระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา ปทุมธานี ควรดําเนินการในเรื่องความเข้าใจนโยบาย กฎหมายและมาตรฐาน 2) การพัฒนาสมรรถนะ ดิจิทัลของครูผู้สอนระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี โดยใช้ การฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบบูรณาการการพัฒนาสมรรถนะดิจิทัลของครูผู้สอนระดับมัธยมศึกษา 3) การประเมินผลการพัฒนาสมรรถนะดิจิทัลของครูผู้สอนระดับมัธยมศึกษา พบว่า คะแนนทดสอบ หลังการฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าคะแนนทดสอบก่อนการฝึกอบรม อย่างมีนัยสําคัญที่ระดับ .05 และความ พึงพอใจในสิ่งที่คาดว่าจะได้รับ และการบริการต่าง ๆ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
The Research aimed to 1) study digital competence and needs for digital competence development of teachers, 2) develop digital competency of teachers, and 3) evaluate digital competence of secondary school teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Pathumthani. It was a mixed-method research with 3 phases 1) Study of digital competence and a need for digital competence development of secondary school teachers, using in-depth interviews and questionnaires as tools to collect data from 331 samples who were administrators, supervisors and teachers in the schools. 2) Development of digital competency of secondary school teachers, with the target group being 12 experts in focus group discussions. 3) Evaluation of digital competency of secondary school teachers. The sample group was 30 secondary school teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Pathumthani. The statistics used for data analysis were number, percentage, mean, standard deviation. priorities need index, and t-test. The research results were as follows 1) A study of digital competence and the need for the digital competence development of secondary school teachers should proceed with the understanding of policies, laws and standards. 2) Development of digital competency of secondary school teachers by using integrated workshop on the development of digital competency of secondary school teachers. 3) Evaluation of the development of digital competencies of secondary school teachers found that the test scores after training were significantly higher than the scores before training at the .05 level, and the satisfaction with what was expected to be received and various services was at a high level.
