In promoting new urbanization centered on people, renovating old communities would be one of the core contents for improvement. The renovation of old communities implementing urban development, shifting from construction-oriented to construction- management, increased social wealth and enabled residents to live and work in peace and contentment in a better environment. The renovation work of old communities began to be carried out in a patchwork manner by the natural laws of urban development under the construction plans of various cities. The renovation of old urban residential quarters would need to be dealt with Internet privacy to protect users' privacy and reduce the risk of privacy disclosure. The purpose of this study was to explore the significant difference in product satisfaction of smart devices for Chengdu consumers among different demographic variable groups in gender and age under the concern of internet privacy disclosure risk during urban renovation; to examine the influencing mechanism of the Chengdu residents' smart device product satisfaction based on interest orientation, security relevance, and degree of disclosure; and to suggest feasible solutions on smart device products through controlling information from the users' perception and using attitude in Yinchuan City of Ningxia area in Chengdu. Four hundred thirty-three completed questionnaires of Yinchuan City consumers were collected through the online WeChat platform by random sampling in April 2023. The results showed that interest orientation, security relevance, degree of disclosure, basic identity information, independent sensitive information, associate sensitive information, browsing trace information, and disclosure of non-sensitive information significantly impacted product satisfaction on privacy disclosure risk on residents' smart devices.
