การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการจัดการสินค้าคลังของบริษัทขายสินค้า และติดตั้ง แห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดปทุมธานี และ 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่แตกต่างส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพ การจัดการสินค้าคลังของบริษัทขายสินค้า เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ พนักงานแผนก คลังสินค้าในจังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบ สอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .92 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ จำนวน ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 21-30 ปี มีระดับ การศึกษาปริญญาตรี มีประสบการณ์ทำงานระหว่าง 3-6 ปี และ 2) การเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพการ จัดการสินค้าคงคลังของบริษัทขายสินค้าแตกต่างกันเมื่อจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่แตกต่างกัน ด้านเพศ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ทำงาน มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .01 แต่จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ด้านอายุ ไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research aims to 1) examine the efficiency of inventory management in a sales and installation company located in Pathum Thani Province, and 2) study the different personal factors affecting the inventory management efficiency of the company. The study is a survey-based research. The sample group consisting of 100 employees from the warehouse department in Pathum Thani Province. The research instrument is a questionnaire with a reliability of 0.92. The statistical methods used for data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The research findings revealed that 1) The majority of respondents are female, aged between 21-30 years, with a Bachelor's degree, and 3-6 years of work experience. 2) A comparison of the efficiency of inventory management across different personal factors showed statistically significant differences at the .01 level in terms of gender, educational level, and work experience. However, no statistically significant difference was found based on age.
