Abstract (English)

This research aimed to study the factors of consumers' decision-making in purchasing e-fiction books. The sample group used in the research was 400 people who have experience using electronic novels. The data collection method was a questionnaire via Google form and communication via social media channels (Facebook group, novels reviews). The statistics used in data analysis include percentage, mean, standard deviation, and reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Hypothesis was tested using ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) to compare the mean of the factors of consumer decision-making in purchasing e-novels between groups with different genders, age ranges, and education levels, occupations, and current incomes. F test was used to compare the perspectives of groups with different characteristics. Multiple regression analysis and linear regression analysis were used to analyze all variables at once (All Enter) to explain the predictive power of the consumers' decision-making factors in purchasing e-novels. The research results found that 1) The factors of consumers' decision-making in purchasing e-novels have the highest opinions. 2) The results of testing hypothesis 1 found that consumers with different genders, ages, education levels, occupations, and incomes had different satisfaction and intentions to purchase e-novels with statistical significance at the .01 level. 3) The results of testing hypothesis 2 found that the 5A marketing principles of e-fiction purchase decision factors: creating awareness, making customers interested, the process of stimulating purchase decisions, making customers decide to buy, and creating a good experience in use, all significantly affect the decision to buy e-fiction books at the .01 level.
