การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงานบัญชีจำแนก ตามคุณลักษณะของส่วนงานบัญชีในสถานประกอบการที่ตั้งอยู่ในสวนอุตสาหกรรมโรจนะ จังหวัด พระนครศรีอยุธยา และ 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยคุณลักษณะของโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางการบัญชีที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของพนักงานบัญชีในสถานประกอบการที่ตั้งอยู่ในสวนอุตสาหกรรมโรจนะ จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ตัวแทนพนักงานบัญชีในสถาน ประกอบการที่ตั้งอยู่ในสวนอุตสาหกรรมโรจนะ จำนวน 153 สถานประกอบการ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน การศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test F test โดยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการวิเคราะห์การ ถดถอยพหุคูณด้วยวิธี Enter ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงานบัญชีในสถานประกอบการใน สวนอุตสาหกรรมโรจนะ จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา เมื่อจำแนกตามคุณลักษณะของส่วนงานบัญชีใน สถานประกอบการ ด้านประสบการณ์ทำงานของพนักงานบัญชีเฉลี่ย และด้านความสามารถในการใช้ โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางการบัญชีของพนักงานบัญชี แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และจำนวนพนักงานบัญชีและโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางการบัญชีแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทาง สถิติ และ 2) ปัจจัยคุณลักษณะโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางการบัญชี ด้านความสามารถของโปรแกรม ด้าน ความง่ายในการใช้งาน ด้านความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล ด้านความทันสมัยและรองรับกับเทคโนโลยีใน อนาคต ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพของพนักงานบัญชีในภาพรวมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 01
This research aimed to 1) study the work efficiency of accounting staff classified by the characteristics of accounting department in establishments located in Rojana Industrial Park, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, and 2) study the characteristics of accounting software programs that affect the work efficiency of accounting staff in companies in Rojana Industrial Park, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. It is a quantitative research. The sample group was accounting staff representatives in 153 establishments located in Rojana Industrial Park. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics used for data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F test by one-way analysis of variance and multiple regression analysis with Enter method. The research results found that 1) the work efficiency of accounting staff in establishments in Rojana Industrial Park, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, when classified by the characteristics of the accounting department in the establishments in terms of work experience of the average accounting staff and ability of accounting staff to use accounting software, are significantly different at .01 level and the number of accounting employees and accounting software programs are not significant different. 2) The factors of accounting software program characteristics, in terms of program capability, ease of use, data security, modernity and support for future technology significantly affect the overall efficiency of accounting staff at a statistical level of .05 and 01.
