การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยสําคัญที่มีต่อการฟื้นตัวของผู้ประกอบการร้านอาหาร ภายหลังการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโควิด-19 ในอําเภอธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี และเปรียบเทียบ คุณลักษณะของผู้ประกอบการร้านอาหารกับปัจจัยสําคัญที่มีผลต่อการฟื้นตัวของร้านอาหารภายหลัง การแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโควิด-19 ในอําเภอธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี จําแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับ การศึกษา รายได้เฉลี่ยของร้าน/เดือน จํานวนพนักงาน และระยะเวลาประกอบธุรกิจของผู้ประกอบการ ผู้วิจัยได้ดําเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จํานวน 100 ร้าน เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความ สัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล กับปัจจัยสําคัญที่ทําให้ร้านอาหารมีการฟื้นตัว 3 ปี ขึ้นไป ผลการศึกษาพบว่า จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 100 ร้าน ส่วนใหญ่ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจเป็นเพศหญิง มี อายุเฉลี่ยอยู่ในช่วง 46-55 ปี มีการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี มีรายได้เฉลี่ยของร้านต่อเดือน ตั้งแต่ 30,001 บาท ขึ้นไป จํานวนพนักงานของร้าน ตั้งแต่ 8 คน ขึ้นไป และระยะเวลาประกอบกิจการ ตั้งแต่ ซึ่งกล่าวได้ว่าปัจจัยสําคัญที่ทําให้ร้านอาหารมีการฟื้นตัวภายหลังการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อ ไวรัสโควิด-19 ในอําเภอธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี มากที่สุด ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการตกแต่งร้าน มีการจัดแสง ไฟเพื่อสร้างบรรยากาศ 2) ด้านทําเลที่ตั้ง คือทําเลที่ตั้งใกล้แหล่งจัดจําหน่าย 3) ด้านการบริหารจัดการ พนักงาน หยิบยื่นเครื่องมือที่เขาต้องการเพื่อความสําเร็จ และด้านประเภทอาหารที่จําหน่าย คือ ร้านอาหารจานด่วน ราคาอาหารที่ 0-100 บาท ด้านการจัดโปรโมชั่น จัดทุก 7 วัน จากการทดสอบ สมมติฐานเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างปัจจัยที่ทําให้ร้านอาหารมีการฟื้นตัวภายหลังการแพร่ ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโควิด-19 ในอําเภอธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี พบว่าเพศหญิงมีอิทธิพลต่อการฟื้นตัว ของร้านอาหาร มากกว่าเพศชาย เนื่องจากเพศหญิงมีอิทธิพลต่อการตกแต่งร้านในการสร้าง บรรยากาศมากกว่าเพศชาย ทําให้ร้านอาหารเกิดความน่าสนใจที่ลูกค้าจะเดินเข้ามาใช้บริการ
This research aimed to study important factors affecting the recovery of restaurant operators after the COVID-19 outbreak in Thanyaburi district, Pathum Thani province, and 2) to compare the characteristics of restaurant operators with important factors affecting the recovery of restaurants after the COVID-19 outbreak in Thanyaburi district, Pathum Thani province, classified by gender, age, educational level, average income of the restaurant/ month, number of employees, and duration of business of the operators. The researcher collected data from a sample of 100 stores in order to compare the relationship between personal factors and important factors that caused the restaurants to recover. The results of this study found that from the sample of 100 restaurants, most of the entrepreneurs are female, with an average age of 46-55 years, a bachelor's degree, an average monthly income of 30,001 Baht or more, a number of employees of 8 or more, and a period of business of 3 years or more. It can be said that the most important factors that let to the recovery of restaurants after the COVID-19 outbreak in Thanyaburi district, Pathum Thani province were: 1) restaurant decoration, with lighting to create an atmosphere; 2) Location near distribution center; 3) Employee management, providing the tools they need for success. And in terms of the type of food sold, it is a fast food restaurants, food prices 0- 100 Baht, in terms of organizing promotions, organized every 7 days. From testing the hypothesis comparing the differences between factors that make restaurants recover after the spread of the COVID-19 virus in Thanyaburi district, Pathum Thani province, it was found that females have a greater influence on the decoration of the restaurant in creating an atmosphere than males, making the restaurant more attractive for customers to come in and use the service.
