การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของ พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยในจังหวัดนนทบุรี จำแนกตามลักษณะประชากรศาสตร์ ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่ม ตัวอย่าง จำนวน 400 คน ทำการเปรียบเทียบระดับความสำคัญโดยใช้สถิติ One-way ANOVA Analysis โดยกำหนดค่าความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลจากการวิจัย พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นในระดับมากทุกด้าน ตามลำดับ ดังนี้ ด้านการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ประจำจุดซ่องทางเข้า-ออก ด้านการควบคุมการนำสิ่งของเข้า-ออก ด้านการตรวจตรายามวิกาล ด้านการดูแลสาธารณูปโภค และด้านการดูแลความเรียบร้อยทั่วไป ลักษณะประชากรศาสตร์ต่างกันมีความสัมพันธ์กับสมรรถนะที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน ของพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยในจังหวัดนนทบุรี แตกต่างกัน เนื่องจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็น เพศชายและส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานมากกว่าเพศหญิง
This research aimed to investigate the competencies influencing the performance of security guards in Nonthaburi Province. The study categorizes respondents based on demographic factors: gender, age, education level, occupation, and average monthly income. Data were collected from a sample group of 400 individuals. Statistical analysis, particularly One-way ANOVA, was employed to compare the importance levels with a significance level at .05. Results indicated that the majority of respondents expressed high opinions across all dimensions, as follows: performing duty at entry-exit points, controlling the import-export of goods, patrolling at night, maintaining public utilities, and maintaining general order, respectively. Different demographic characteristics are related to the competencies affecting the performance of security guards in Nonthaburi province differently because the majority of the sample was male and had a higher impact on performance than female.
