บทคัดย่อ (ภาษาไทย)

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการตัดสินใจซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์สกินแคร์ ประเภทบำรุงผิวหน้าของผู้บริโภค เพื่อเปรียบเทียบลักษณะทางประชากรศาสตร์กับกระบวนการตัดสินใจซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์สกินแคร์ ประเภทบำรุงผิวหน้าของผู้บริโภค และเพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับสื่อออนไลน์ที่ส่งผลต่อกระบวนการตัดสินใจซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์สกินแคร์ ประเภทบำรุงผิวหน้าของผู้บริโภค กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ประชากรกลุ่มสตรีที่อาศัยในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือจำนวน 400 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างตามสะดวก สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test, F test และสถิติการถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พฤติกรรมการเปิดรับสื่อออนไลน์โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนกระบวนการตัดสินใจซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์สกินแคร์ประเภทบำรุงผิวหน้า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่าปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ด้านอายุ สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับสื่อออนไลน์สามารถร่วมกัน อธิบายกระบวนการตัดสินใจได้ร้อยละ 86 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

Abstract (English)

This research aimed to study a process of decision on purchasing skincare products: types of facial skincare for consumers, to compare demographic characteristics with the decision-making process for purchasing facial skincare products of consumers, and to study the behavior of exposure to online media that affects the consumer decision-making process for purchasing facial skincare products. The sample group are 400 women live in Bangkok which using a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data with convenience sampling. The various statistics used to analyze the data included percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F test, and multiple regression. Research results found that the overall behavior of exposure to online media was at a high level. The process of decision for purchasing skincare products was at the highest level. The results of the hypothesis testing revealed that personal factors: age, marital status, education level, occupation, and income were significant different at the .01 level. And online media exposure behavior can together explain the decision-making process 86.0 percent, with statistical significance at the .01 level.
