Internet shopping would be a phenomenon that is increasing nowadays. A deep into the exponential growth of the leading players in this industry indicated there could still be an extensive reservoir of market potential for e-commerce. The convenience of online shopping rendered it an emerging trend among consumers, especially Sichuan college students. The prevalence of online shopping increased the retailers' interest to focus on this area. Therefore, this study determined the relationship between secured protection, ease of use level, responding speed, reality, empathy, and fulfillment while mediated by student purchase behavior. Three objectives of this study were to explore the influence of online sales platforms effect on Sichuan college students in electronic products based on the difference between gender, age, income, and purchase behavior; investigate the influencing factors of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, responding speed, safety, service factor, and cost factor with any impact on purchase behavior of Sichuan college students in electronic product sales, and evaluate and suggest feasible suggestions for improving the purchase behavior from the online sales platforms on electronic product for consumers. Four hundreds and ninety-two questionnaires from Sichuan consumers were collected through the online WeChat platform by random sampling in June 2022. The results showed that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, responding speed, safety, service factor, and cost significantly impact college student purchase behavior in electronic products. This study's outcome could offer information to online sales platforms in enhancing the sales experience of electronic products in college students' purchase behavior and attitude.
