The daily task of the teacher would be to improve the quality of education and direct students to be model students, competent, intelligent, and dignified. Without job satisfaction, it could not be easy for a teacher to direct students to become better people. Not all teachers had the same number of incentives, and all teachers might get an incentive according to their performance. Decision support systems would be needed in determining the number of incentives for teachers so that the acceptance of incentives would be more equitable by applying this method, incentives issued by parties who could be more optimal and targeted. Three objectives of this study were to explore the influence of the teacher incentive system in Ningxia private colleges based on the teachers' job satisfaction in the difference of gender, age, and education; investigate the teacher incentive system in Ningxia private colleges based on the influencing incentives of salary, welfare, promotion, appraisal, training, and environmental design on teachers' job satisfaction, and; evaluate and suggest feasible suggestions for improving the teacher incentive system in Ningxia private colleges. Four hundreds and sixty-five questionnaires from Ningxia teaching groups were collected through the online WeChat platform by random sampling in July 2022. The results showed that Salary incentives, welfare incentives, title and job promotional incentives, performance appraisal incentives, training incentives, and environmental incentives significantly impact teacher job satisfaction through proper incentive programs. This study's result would inform schools in formulating better teacher incentive systems for maintaining teacher job satisfaction and retention.
