The COVID-19 pandemic made online learning the only option for people to study at home. Major platforms pioneered how to stimulate students' enthusiasm for independent learning, converted ordinary users into loyal users, and opened up new business models to create greater value. This paper focused the impact of online learning platforms on consumers' sustainable use intentions in Sichuan and examined new paths for online learning platform through respective construction and socialization. Learners' acceptance of eLearning would be essential because it associated with their engagement in the online teaching-learning environment. Three objectives of this study were to analyze the sustainable usage intention of the online learning platforms of different demographic variables in Sichuan during the post-pandemic era; explore the effect of sustainable usage intention on the Sichuan online learning platform during the post-pandemic era, and evaluate the improvement of user satisfaction, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use in using online learning platforms in Sichuan during the post-pandemic era. Four hundreds and six questionnaires of Sichuan residents were collected through the online WeChat platform by random sampling in April 2022. The results showed that user satisfaction, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use significantly impact Sichuan users sustainable intention on Online learning platform during the post-pandemic era. The result of this study would give information to online learning platform to build proper strategy based on the influencing factors of this study in maintaining users' learning intention through online learning.
