With the rapid development of science and technology, digital student management platforms had been gradually promoted in colleges and universities. The student management platform could also be necessary for teachers' work, and it would be more scientific for the quality of teaching and the management of students. In this context, the digital student management platform became an essential tool in the teaching management of colleges and universities. Based on this, the digital student management platform used various methods to enhance teachers' teaching quality to improve the quality of platform teaching and management. Therefore, the influencing factors of teachers' job satisfaction played an essential role in designing and optimizing the digital student management platform. This paper discussed the influencing factors of innovative digital student management platforms on teachers' job satisfaction in Sichuan colleges and universities. The purpose of this study was to explore the demographic factors of innovative digital student management platforms on college teacher job satisfaction based on gender and year of experience groups in Sichuan, to analyze the influencing factors of innovative digital student management platforms on college teacher job satisfaction, and put forward relevant suggestions for improving the job satisfaction of college teachers based on the innovative digital student management platform. Four hundreds and thirty completed questionnaires of Sichuan college teachers were collected through the online WeChat platform by random sampling in July 2022. The results showed that all influencing factors of management application, management system, convenience effect, humanization, personalization, and technological innovation impacted college teacher job satisfaction through innovative digital student management platforms. Further suggestions were made to enhance the management system for college teaching job retention and satisfaction.
