As a pillar industry for the development of the cultural sector, tourism played a crucial role in promoting the realization of high-quality culture and tourism goals. Promoting green living and production could have a critical path for the symbiotic development of ecological protection and cultural tourism. For provinces with considerable tourism resources, the potential information on tourist satisfaction would be crucial for upgrading scenic spots, attracting tourists, improving service quality and user satisfaction, building an independent tourism brand, driving employment, and promoting regional economic development. This paper focused on the consumers in Guizhou to explore the impact of cultural tourism industry policies on the satisfaction of the people in Guizhou. Three objectives of this study were to explore the current Guizhou tourism policy on local satisfaction based on income and age; explore the influencing factors of industrial policy perception, policy implementation, service quality improvement, overall policy development, policy satisfaction, and life satisfaction to local policy satisfaction in Guizhou, and; evaluate and suggest feasible suggestions for improving the level of cultural tourism policy satisfaction of Guizhou local travel development. Four hundreds and six questionnaires of Guizhou residents were collected through the online WeChat platform by random sampling in June 2022. The results showed that policy perception, policy implementation, service quality improvement, overall policy development, work satisfaction, and life satisfaction significantly impact Guizhou tourist satisfaction through cultural tourism industry policy. As a result, this study would offer suggestions to enhance the cultural tourism policy to improve Guizhou tourists' satisfaction.
