การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการสื่อสารในองค์กรกับประสิทธิภาพ การปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรธนาคารออมสิน และเพื่อจัดทําแนวทางการจัดระบบการสื่อสารในองค์กร เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรธนาคารออมสิน เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถาม เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ บุคลากรธนาคารออมสิน จํานวน 400 คน ซึ่งจัดเก็บข้อมูลได้ทั้งหมด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน ค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (F test: One-way ANOVA) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ สหสัมพันธ์ (Correlation Coefficient) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) บุคลากรธนาคารออมสิน ที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 20-30 ปี การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ตําแหน่งผู้ปฏิบัติการ สังกัดส่วนกลาง และ 2) ระบบการ สื่อสารในองค์กรมีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิภาพในการทํางานของบุคลากรธนาคารออมสิน ซึ่งพบว่าการสื่อสาร ทั้ง 5 ด้าน มีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิภาพการสื่อสารในองค์กรอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The purposes of this research were to study the relationship between organizational communication and the performance of Government Savings Bank personnel and to establish guidelines for organizing communication systems in the organization to increase operational efficiency of Government Savings Bank personnel. The research is a quantitative research. The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data from 400 Government Savings Bank personnel and all data were collected. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test F test: One-way ANOVA, Correlation Coefficient. The research findings were as follows: 1) Mosts of the sample group are female, aged 20-30 years old, have Bachelor's degree, operator position. 2) The communication system in the organization was related to the work efficiency of the Government Savings Bank personnel. It was found that all 5 aspects of communication were related to the communication efficiency in the organization at .01 level of significance.
