This study aimed to explore the famous Moments marketing that influences the differences in consumers' perception of purchase consumption in Sichuan. With the advent of big data, relying on big data technology and algorithm analysis, WeChat started a high user base, high user stickiness, high advertising efficiency, and extensive and accurate user portraits. Moments ads offered information in the mode of dissemination and a type of streaming advertising, which accounted for 80% of China's social media advertising and became an essential member of the social advertising industry. This study focused on three research objectives: the impact of Moment marketing on customer purchase intention, the effect of Moment marketing on Sichuan customer perception in purchase intention, and the difference in advertising effect under different perceived values. The investigation of how demographic variables of gender, age, average monthly consumption amount through Moments marketing, and daily usage time of time relating to the dependent variables of perceived interaction, perceived accuracy, perceived entertainment, perceived risk, consumer participation, and consumer purchase intention were the key for studying the behavioral pattern of Sichuan consumers in using Moments marketing. A causal model was proposed, and survey questionnaires were developed through 345 respondents from the Sichuan residents. The data were collected online from the WeChat platform and analyzed by SPSS. This study indicated that all demographic variables had different results from the outcomes of consumer expectation of user experience. The results suggested that policies enhance Marketing moments to the consumer for their better consumption intention.
