This study aimed to investigate the influence of the Sichuan silver-haired group's satisfaction with medical institutions and measurement services on participants' willingness to measure behavior and to further explore the impact of their active aging. Improving the system and information quality might increase volunteers' satisfaction with the system. Operational aging factors would affect social participation, meaning measurement services consistently promote social interaction. This study aimed to investigate the influencing factors of the use intention in health care institutions for the "silver age" group based on their gender and knowledge level in Sichuan; to analyze the influencing factors of policy, perceived cost, perceived risk, perceived service quality, perceived usefulness, and perceived social value in selecting health care institutions for the "silver age" group in Sichua; and to propose feasible suggestions on improving the health care usage intention based on policies and service strategies. Four hundred and thirty completed questionnaires of Sichuan elders were collected through the online WeChat platform by random sampling in July 2022. The results showed that all influencing factors of policy, perceived cost, perceived risk, perceived service quality, perceived usefulness, and perceived social value significantly impact elders' use intention in health care institutional service. As a result, the analysis could serve as information for healthcare institutions in outlining better user experience and perception for Sichuan silver hair group for improving their usage intention.
