การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) วิเคราะห์สมรรถนะของนักบัญชีเพื่อเพิ่มความสมารถใน การแข่งขันในยุคเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัลของสํานักงานบัญชีในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ 2) เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะ ของนักบัญชี และขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของนักบัญชีในยุคเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล ของสํานักงาน บัญชีในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันในยุคเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล ของสํานักงานบัญชีในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จําแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ 4) เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะ ของสํานักงานบัญชี จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการศึกษา โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ หัวหน้าบัญชี ที่ปฏิบัติงานในของสํานักงานบัญชีในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จํานวน 140 คน และจัดเก็บข้อมูลได้ทั้งหมด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที (t-test) การ วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ของนักบัญชีที่ส่งผลต่อการเพิ่มความสามารถในการแข่งขันในยุคเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) นักบัญชีสํานักงานบัญชีในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศ หญิง อายุ 41-50 ปี การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีรายได้ 20,000-30,000 บาท ประสบการณ์การทํางาน 10 ขึ้นไป 2) เพศที่แตกต่างกันมีความสามารถในการแข่งขันที่แตกต่างกัน ในด้านการพัฒนาขีดความ สามารถของสํานักงานบัญชี พบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ .01 3) ความเห็นเกี่ยวกับ สมรรถนะของนักบัญชีในยุคเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 4) ความเห็นเกี่ยวกับความ สามารถในการแข่งขัน โดยรวม และรายด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการบรรลุเป้าหมาย ด้านความถูกต้อง ด้าน ประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการ และด้านการพัฒนาขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของสํานักงานบัญชี อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 5) สมรรถนะของนักบัญชีส่งผลต่อความสามารถในการแข่งขัน โดยรวม อย่าง มีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ .01 โดยสมรรถนะของนักบัญชีทุกด้านสามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความสามารถใน การแข่งขันในยุคเศรษฐกิจ ได้ร้อยละ 76.20
The objectives of this research were: 1) to analyze the accountans competency in era increase competitiveness in digital economy era of the accounting office in Sumut Prakan Province, 2) to study the accountant competency increase competitiveness in digital economy era of the accounting office in Sumut Prakan Province, and 3) to compare, competitiveness of an accounting offices in digital economy era, Sumut Prakan Province classified by personal factors, and 4) to study accountants competency in digital economy era affecting increase competitiveness in digital economy of accounting offices in Sumut Prakan Province. The instruments used in the study was a questionnaire. The samples were 140 senior accountants who working at an accounting offices in Samut Prakan Province. Statistics of data analysis were percentage, average, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. The results of this research found that 1) Most of accountants were female have age between 41-50 years, bachelor degree in educational background, getting an income 20,000-30,000 baht per month, with at least 10 years of their experiences, 2) The study has found, there was a different gender could be able to make competitive ability differently, in term of organizational capability development at the statistically significant difference at a level of .01, 3) The overall opinions about the accountant's competency in digital economy era was at a high level. 4) In the point of opinions about competitiveness in overall and each aspect: goal achievement, accuracy, efficiency process, and accounting office capability development in overall were the highest level, and 5) accountants competency affecting competitiveness in overall was the statistically significance at .01 level, by all factors of accountant's competency contributing to prove competitiveness in digital economy era were 76.2%.
