บทคัดย่อ (ภาษาไทย)

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะงานที่ส่งผลต่อความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของบุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมนวนคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ กลุ่มบุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมนวนคร รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบตามสะดวก จำนวน 400 คน สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการทดสอบความแปรปรวน F test โดยหาค่าความต่างของค่าเฉลี่ย ANOVA และการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างรายคู่แบบ LSD (Fisher's least-significant difference) และสถิติดอกดอยพหุคูณเชิงพหุ (Multiple Linear Regression) วิเคราะห์โดยวิธี Linear Regression โดยวิเคราะห์ตัวแปรทั้งหมดในครั้งเดียว (Enter) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) บุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมนวนคร มีระดับความคิดเห็นต่อลักษณะงาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และมีความคิดเห็นต่อความผูกพันต่อองค์กร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ลักษณะประชากรศาสตร์ของบุคลากรที่กลุ่มเพศ และกลุ่มระดับรายได้ต่อเดือนแตกต่างกันมีความผูกพันต่อองค์กรแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และกลุ่มสถานภาพแตกต่างกันมีความผูกพันต่อองค์กรแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 3) ลักษณะงานส่งผลต่อความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของบุคลากรอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยลักษณะงานสามารถร่วมอธิบายระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของบุคลากรได้ร้อยละ 46.6 เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ลักษณะงานที่ส่งผลต่อความผูกพันต่อองค์กรอันดับแรก ได้แก่ ด้านงานที่มีโอกาสปฏิสัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่น รองลงมา ด้านความมีเอกลักษณ์ของงาน ด้านความหลากหลายของงาน และอันดับสุดท้าย คือ ด้านความมีอิสระในการปฏิบัติงาน

Abstract (English)

The objectives of this research were to study the Nature of work affecting the organizational commitment of the operational personnel in the industrial group in the Navanakorn Industrial Estate. The sample groups used in the research were 400 peoples of operational personnel in the industrial group in Navanakorn Industrial Estate. Collect data using questionnaires as a tool by convenient random sampling. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, frequency, mean, Standard Deviation, One-way ANOVA and LSD (Fisher's least-significant difference) paired differences and Multiple Linear Regressions by Enter. The results of the research revealed that 1) Operational personnel in the industrial group in Navanakorn Industrial in overall Estate were at a high level of opinions on the nature of work and the opinions on organizational commitment in overall were at the highest level, 2) The hypothesis testing results found that the demographic characteristics of operational personnel with different gender groups and monthly income groups have the organization commitment statistically significant different at .01 level and status groups the organization commitment statistically significant different at .05 level, 3) The Nature of work affecting the organizational commitment of operational personnel statistically significant at .01 level. The nature of work can explain the level organizational commitment of operational personnel 46.6%. When considering each aspect found that the nature of work affecting the organizational commitment first one is Jobs with opportunities interaction with others then followed by Task Identity, Skill variety and the final ranking.
