Abstract (English)

The national or regional competition is inseparable from the competition of talents, and the satisfaction of talents had emerged as the times require and become a hot issue of social concern. The improvement of talent introduction and security policy system could consider the fundamental way to improve talent satisfaction. They were establishing talented work treatment and security policy that would be in line with the international community and the development of Guizhou so that talents at all levels could be attracted and the right program could also increase their enthusiasm and satisfaction at work. Therefore, it would be essential to use theoretical value and practical significance to study the impact of talent satisfaction on the network engineering field. This study aimed to examine different demographic variables having any significant impact on the satisfaction of network engineering professionals in Guizhou; to explore the influencing mechanism between the relationship of hygiene factors and incentive factors to talent satisfaction along with other influencing factors impacting hygiene factors and incentive factor, respectively; and to explain the moderating effect of the integration of production and education in talent satisfaction development in Guizhou. Five hundred and one completed survey questionnaires of network engineering respondents were collected through the online WeChat "Star Survey" platform by random sampling in May 2022. The research showed that interpersonal relationships, working conditions, remuneration, growth and development, job challenge, and recognition and appreciation significantly impacted talent satisfaction. The results could also serve as recommendations for the practice of integration of industry and education in fulfilling all most influencing factors.
