In the post-COVID era, delivery services had been experiencing quite an uncertainty, especially in the recovery stage. The traditional "lazy economy" could have recovered again, hoping to reach out and get what they buy without leaving home. Therefore, research on contactless distribution services in the post-pandemic era would mean certain representativeness and value for consumers' continued willingness to use the service. This research aimed to explore the comprehensive situation of consumers on contactless delivery services with the overall status and formation mechanism of the continuous use of non-contact distribution services, and search for the formation mechanism of the continued usage willingness of contactless delivery services, then put forward corresponding improvement and optimization strategies to help relevant express delivery companies to improve and upgrade their business. 428 completed survey questionnaires of Sichuan consumers were collected through the online WeChat platform by random sampling in March 2022. The results showed that satisfaction, perceived usefulness, perceived risk, perceived quality, risk perception, perceived ease of use, trust, and customer engagement significantly impact continued usage willingness on contactless delivery service in Sichuan during the post-COVID-19 era. This study further suggested marketing policies to improve users' attitudes and perceptions toward developing contactless delivery services.
