The purpose of this paper was to study worker attitudes that identified the impact of organizational justice on work performance within the labour dispatch system in Chengdu, China. The design of this correlational research was the type of descriptive research in which the measured of quantitative research method that collect quantifiable information for the statistical relationship among variables of procedural fairness, information fairness, leader-member fairness, and work distribution fairness. The data were collected from five different state-owned electric power companies in Chengdu of China and 284 completed questionnaires sampling employees from the labour dispatch system. The questionnaire included scales to measure attitudes towards organizational justice and work performance. The findings of this study showed there were positive relationship between employee attitudes in organizational justice towards work performance mostly direct, mediated by organizational commitment and fairness elements. Level of employee performance relating to instruction, work achievement, relationships with management were high due to their belief in treatment of fairness. Lastly, dispatch employees were really counting on good communication with management support in development of trust for their nature of working outside of office at most of the office hours.
