Customer satisfaction counted on the relationship between a customer's perceived value and attitude and the offering of a supermarket store's shopping elements. An estimate of 80% of supermarket customers would base on their previous shopping experience and satisfaction level to plan their upcoming grocery purchase. This paper aimed to analyze the type of attitude affecting the level of satisfaction based on the factors such as products and operation for the selection of the broader range of items through the effective and organized in-store operations system, customer service for improving the relationship between customer and store, shopping facilities for enhancing the shopping experience through a list of in-store assistance program and installations in Deyang City. The conceptual framework of customer satisfaction was formulated through the influencing factors of operations, service, and facility to test the cause's correlation in generating customer satisfaction in the supermarket experience. This paper employed a quantitative survey through 390 supermarket shoppers from five different local supermarkets for their customer satisfaction positions. The results showed all factors proposed in this study were positively correlated to customer satisfaction. Further proposed scoring models were also suggested in this paper to formulate a better evaluation system in measuring customer satisfaction extending to different regions.
