The convenience stores in China are facing different levels of intense competition. With the opening of new shops and coming in automated operations due to the open market and technological advancement, more fierce market competition is bound to increase. In reality, it is difficult for convenience stores to maintain a highly competitive position only by offering average products and services, as well as reasonable pricing and promotions, operators should have to provide convenience shopping to be able to acquire profits. The process to ensure raising consistent buying intentions from customers would count on the stimulation of consumers' shopping behavior and enhancement of strong customer perceived value. This paper analyzed factors influencing consumers' convenience shopping of fast-moving consumer goods at Taiyuan university districts; data were collected from 310 respondents in the university campus and analyzed descriptively. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis was used to test the hypotheses. It was found that locations, service personnel, product layouts, customer services, and operating system were essential factors that influence consumers' convenience shopping of fast-moving consumer goods. This study suggested that for convenience stores to be competitive and sustainable in the marketplace, these factors indicated in the analysis should be considered.
