The rapid development and maturity of online businesses have promoted the acceptance of Internet Banking (IB) in China for the past ten years. This acceptance and adoption were undoubtedly not only based on the maturity of the Internet, but also its ubiquitous nature. Internet users in China ranked number one in terms of its size in the most populous country in the world, with approximately 900 million. The popularity of Internet banking had raised many social and economic issues for the elderly population that should be addressed and studied for the consequence. This paper presented an investigation into the behavior of elderly bank customers (aged from 60 to 80 and over) towards the Internet banking service and satisfaction in Shandong of China. One in every five Shandong residents was classified as senior in recent report, and their behaviors in banking service requirements could be a significant signal for the business world in the past, nowadays, and in the future. The research constructs were developed based on current older people who live in Shandong, providing their opinion of the level of motivations, social influence, perceived usefulness, and ease of use for the defined age segment. A sample of 338 individuals over 60 years old had been analyzed, and SPSS was used for the measurement models analysis and the structural model analysis. Parsed research output had identified several issues that should be addressed to deal elderly with proper assistance and promotion of the services of the Internet banking in China.
