Abstract (English)

At the early stage of the People's Republic of China, there were large number of rural credit cooperatives were promoted to assist the development of financial service in farming areas. Rural credit cooperatives' branches are all over the vast urban and rural areas. In many towns and villages, they were even the pioneer of financial institutions that focus on serving the local economy. The operations of rural commercial banks have intimately related to the development of regional economic development. Through the improvement of human resource management in pay satisfaction and intention of employee turnover in the literature review, inductive, in combination with the results of the questionnaire, the influence mechanism, illustrate that the rural commercial bank employee is different from other industries in terms of the turnover intention of employees. This study analyses factors influencing bank employees' compensation satisfaction and turnover intention. Overall data were collected from a local school association with 432 respondents in Yuncheng City of China and analyzed descriptively with Multi Linear Regression Analysis to test appropriate hypothesis. It was found that the compensation satisfaction and turnover intention are related to the productive employee relationship between pay satisfaction and intention turnover of selected demographic variables. Each dimension of difference analysis is on different situations of the employee to find out the corresponding measures in reducing the turnover intention. This research also supports intuitive recognition that pay satisfaction can use forecast in measuring employee turnover with aims and combine with the actual operation of the bank. Countermeasures and suggestions can be put forward, such as a perfect compensation system to improve the present situation of the high turnover rate as well as give the future direction in dealing with ongoing employee management.
