การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานข่าว ของสถานีโทรทัศน์ ไทยทีวีสีช่อง 3 2) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานข่าวของสถานีโทรทัศน์ไทยทีวีสีช่อง 3 จําแนก ตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาถึงปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานข่าวของสถานี โทรทัศน์ไทยทีวีสีช่อง 3 จําแนกตามปัจจัยการบริหารจัดการ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหาร บุคลากรฝ่ายข่าว สถานีโทรทัศน์ไทยทีวีสีช่อง 3 จํานวน 160 ตัวอย่าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์ คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ แบบหลายขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ปัจจัยการบริหารจัดการ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อจําแนกรายด้าน พบว่า ลําดับ ที่ 1 คือ ด้านบุคลากร ลําดับที่ 2 คือ ด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ ลําดับที่ 3 คือ ด้านเงินและลําดับสุดท้าย คือด้านการจัดการ ตามลําดับ และประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานข่าวของสถานีโทรทัศน์ไทยทีวีสีช่อง 3 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อจําแนกรายด้าน ลําดับที่ 1 คือ ด้านการบริหารจัดการวัสดุอุปกรณ์ ลําดับ ที่ 2 คือ ด้านการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ลําดับที่ 3 คือ ด้านการบริหารจัดการข่าวสารหรือข้อมูล ข่าวสาร และลําดับสุดท้าย คือ ด้านการให้บริการประชาชน 2. ประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานข่าวของสถานีโทรทัศน์ไทยทีวีสีช่อง 3 จําแนกตามเพศ อายุ งาน ระดับการศึกษา ส่วนงานและตําแหน่งงาน ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ปัจจัยด้านบุคลากร ด้านเงิน ด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ และด้านการจัดการส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพ การบริหารงานข่าวของสถานีโทรทัศน์ไทยทีวีสีช่อง 3
The objectives of this research were 1) to study efficiency of the News Administration of Bangkok Entertainment Company Limited, 2) to study efficiency of the News Administration of Bangkok Entertainment Company Limited classified by personal factors, and 3) to study factors affecting on the efficiency of the News Administration of Bangkok Entertainment Company Limited classified by management factors. The samples in this research was 160 the news administrators and personnel of bangkok Entertainment Company Limited. The analytical statistics were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, One way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis by using statistical package. The finding revealed that; 1. Management Factors in overall was at a high level. When classified in each aspect which could sort from high to low as follows; personnel, materials, money and the last was the management aspect, respectively, and the news management efficiency of Bangkok Entertainment Company Limited in overall was at a high level. When classified in each aspect which could sort from high to low as follows; the materials management, human resource management, news or the information management, and the last was the provision of public services aspect, respectively. 2. The efficiency of news management of Bangkok Entertainment Company Limited classified by sex, age, education level, work section and position not different. 3. The personnel, budget, materials, and management factors affecting the efficiency of the News Administration of Bangkok Entertainment Company Limited.
