การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่สำคัญต่อการใช้บริการรถตู้ของผู้อาศัยในจังหวัดปทุมธานี ในด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้านราคา ด้านช่องทางการจัดจำหน่าย ด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด ด้านบุคลากร ด้านกระบวนการให้บริการ และการนำเสนอลักษณะทางกายภาพ และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบตามลักษณะประชากรศาสตร์ของผู้ใช้บริการ ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ วัตถุประสงค์ในการเดินทาง กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้อาศัยในจังหวัดปทุมธานีที่ใช้บริการรถตู้ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test, One-way Analysis of Variance ในกรณีที่พบความความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติจะใช้การทดสอบรายคู่ โดยใช้วิธี LSD (Least Significant Difference) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผู้อาศัยในจังหวัดปทุมธานีมีปัจจัยที่สำคัญต่อการใช้บริการรถตู้ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด มีระดับความสำคัญอยู่ในระดับน้อย 2) ผู้อาศัยในจังหวัดปทุมธานีที่มีเพศต่างกันมีปัจจัยที่สำคัญต่อการใช้บริการรถตู้ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านช่องทางการจัดจำหน่ายแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านราคามีปัจจัยที่สำคัญไม่แตกต่างกัน 3) ผู้อาศัยในจังหวัดปทุมธานีที่มีอายุต่างกันมีปัจจัยที่สำคัญต่อการใช้บริการรถตู้ ในด้านปัจจัยที่สำคัญและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4) ผู้อาศัยในจังหวัดปทุมธานีที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกันมีปัจจัยที่สำคัญต่อการส่งเสริมการตลาด แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านบุคลากร ด้านกระบวนการให้บริการ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนปัจจัยด้านอื่นๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน 5) ผู้อาศัยในจังหวัดปทุมธานีที่มีอาชีพต่างกันมีปัจจัยที่สำคัญต่อการใช้บริการรถตู้ ในด้านปัจจัยที่สำคัญและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01 6) ผู้อาศัยในจังหวัดปทุมธานีที่มีรายได้ต่างกันมีปัจจัยที่สำคัญต่อการใช้บริการรถตู้ ในด้านปัจจัยที่สำคัญและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01 และ 7) ผู้อาศัยในจังหวัดปทุมธานีที่มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการเดินทางต่างกันมีปัจจัยที่สำคัญต่อการใช้บริการรถตู้ ในด้านปัจจัยที่สำคัญและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01
This research aimed to study the important factors on van service using of people in Pathumthani province in terms of product, price, distribution channel, promotion, personnel, service system, presenting physical feature, and to compare about the feature of citizen that classified by gender, age, education, occupation, income, and objective. The sample of this research was residents in Pathumthani. A tool used was a questionnaire. Statistics used for data analysis were percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, One way analysis of variance. In case of statistical significant difference, it was tested by Least Significant Difference (LSD). Research results 1) the residents in Pathumthani that had important factor to van service using in a moderate level. In terms of promotion, it was important in a lower level, 2) the residents in Pathumthani that had gender difference to van service using, was different in statistical significance at a level of .01. In terms of distribution channel, it was different at a level of .05 but not different for price, 3) the residents in Pathumthani that had age difference to van service using, it was different at a level of .01 in terms of important factor and each side, 4) the residents in Pathumthani that had education difference and important factor to promotion were different in statistical significance at a level of .01. In terms of man and service system, there were different in statistical significance at a level of .05 but not different for other factors, 5) the residents in Pathumthani that had occupation difference to van service using, in terms of important factor and each side were different in statistical significance at a level of .01, 6) the residents in Pathumthani that had income difference to van service using, in terms of important factor and each side were different in statistical significance at a level of .01, and 7) The residents in Pathumthani that had education difference and important factor to van service using, in terms of important factor and each side were different in statistical significance at a level of .01.
