การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะตามบทบาทหน้าที่ของพนักงาน รักษาความปลอดภัย บริษัท อิมแพ็ค เอ็กซิบิชั่น แมเนจเม้นท์ จำกัด จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพการสมรส รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และประสบการณ์ในการ ทำงาน ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย บริษัท อิมแพ็ค เอ็กซิบิชั่น แมเนจเม้นท์ จำกัด จำนวน 120 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test F test และทำการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการศึกษาสมรรถนะตามบทบาทหน้าที่พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย บริษัท อิมแพ็ค เอ็กซิบิชั่น แมเนจเม้นท์ จำกัด พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคิดเห็นโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ในด้านความ พร้อมก่อนปฏิบัติงานกับด้านการจัดระเบียบและอำนวยการจราจร มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ตาม ด้วยด้านการตรวจตราพื้นที่ ด้านการควบคุมการเข้าออกพื้นที่ ด้านการตอบสนองแผนฉุกเฉิน และด้าน การตรวจบุคคลและยานพาหนะ อยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับ 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะตามบทบาทหน้าที่พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย บริษัท อิมแพ็ค เอ็กซิบิชั่น แมเนจเม้นท์ จำกัด จำแนกตามปัจจัยลักษณะส่วนบุคคล พบความแตกต่างในด้าน การจัดระเบียบและอำนวยการจราจร มากที่สุด ตามด้วยด้านการตรวจบุคคลและยานพาหนะ ด้านการ ตอบสนองแผนฉุกเฉิน ด้านการควบคุมการเข้าออกพื้นที่ และด้านความพร้อมก่อนปฏิบัติงาน ส่วนด้าน การตรวจตราพื้นที่ ไม่มีความแตกต่าง
This research aimed to study and compare the competence according to the role of the security guards of Impact Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. classified by personal factors, including gender, age, education level, marital status, average monthly income, and work experience. Quantitative research method was used. The sample group consisted of 120 security guards of Impact Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by finding frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F test, and paired test. The finding revealed that 1. The results of the study of the competence according to the role of the security guards of Impact Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. found that the sample group had an overall opinion at a high level. The readiness before working and the traffic organization and management aspect had the highest average value, followed by the area inspection, the area control, the emergency response plan, and the inspection of people and vehicles, respectively. 2. The results of the comparison of the competence according to the role of the security guards of Impact Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. classified by personal factors found a statistically significant difference at .05 level in the area of traffic organization and management when classified by gender, age, marital status, and work experience; in terms of inspection of persons and vehicles, when classified by age, education level, and monthly income; in terms of control of entry and exit of areas and in terms of response to emergency plans, when classified by marital status and work experience; no differences were found in the area of inspection aspect.
