การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการจัดบริการสวัสดิการสังคมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ และ เปรียบเทียบการจัดบริการสวัสดิการสังคม จำแนกตามปัจจัยลักษณะส่วนบุคคล เป็นการวิจัยเชิง สำรวจ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตพื้นที่เทศบาลเมืองลาดสวาย อำเภอลำลูก กา จังหวัดปทุมธานี ที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 60 ปี ขึ้นไป จำนวน 400 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ความถี่ ร้อย ละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนชนิดทางเดียว เมื่อพบความแตกต่าง ใช้การทดสอบเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธี LSD พบผลการวิจัยดังนี้ ผู้สูงอายุมีความคิดเห็นว่า เทศบาลเมืองลาดสวาย สามารถจัดบริการสวัสดิการสังคมสำหรับ ผู้สูงอายุโดยภาพรวมได้ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่สามารถจัดบริการได้ใน ระดับมาก คือ ด้านการช่วยเหลือเงินเบี้ยยังชีพ รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านสุขภาพอนามัย ด้านการอำนวย ความสะดวก ด้านการพัฒนาตนเอง และด้านการศึกษา ขณะที่ด้านความปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สิน และการจัดกิจกรรมกีฬาและนันทนาการ สามารถจัดบริการได้ในระดับปานกลาง และผู้สูงอายุที่มี ปัจจัยลักษณะส่วนบุคคลต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดบริการสวัสดิการสังคมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ แตกต่างกัน โดยผู้สูงอายุที่มีสถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และ แหล่งที่มาของรายได้ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดบริการสวัสดิการสังคมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุของ เทศบาลเมืองลาดสวาย แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่ ได้ตั้งไว้ ขณะที่ผู้สูงอายุที่มีเพศและอายุต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research aimed to study the level of social welfare services for the elderly and compare the provision of social welfare services classified by personal characteristics. This research was a survey research using a questionnaire with 400 people living in Latsawai Municipality, Lam Luk Ka District, Pathumthani Province, aged 60 years and over. The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance. When differences were found, the LSD paired test was used. The research results were as follows The elderly believed that Latsawai Municipality could provide social welfare services for the elderly at a high level overall. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect that could provide services at a high level was the provision of living allowances, followed by health, convenience, self-development, and education. In terms of life and property safety, and the organization of sports and recreation activities, services could be provided at a moderate level. The elderly with different personal factors had different opinions on the provision of social welfare services. Elderly people with different marital status, education level, occupation, average monthly income, and the sources of income were different. They had different opinions on the provision of social welfare services for the elderly of Latsawai Municipality that were statistically significantly different at the .01 level, which was in accordance with the hypothesis. Meanwhile, the elderly with different gender and ages had similar opinions.
