การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับการเข้าถึงการบริการสุขภาพและเพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับการเข้าถึงการบริการสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยความดันโลหิตสูง โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลลำงา อำเภอมาโย อังหวัดปัตตานี จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 247 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย ใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test และ F test ผลการศึกษาวิจัย พบว่า การเข้าถึงการบริการสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยความดันโลหิตสูง ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3 ด้าน และระดับมาก 1 ด้าน ตามลำดับดังนี้ ด้านวัฒนธรรม ด้านหน้าที่ ด้านภูมิศาสตร์ และด้านการเงิน ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ในภาพรวม ผู้ที่มีอายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ต่อเดือน สิทธิการรักษาพยาบาล ต่างกัน มีการเข้าถึงการบริการสุขภาพแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 แต่ผู้ที่มีเพศและสถานภาพการสมรสต่างกัน มีการเข้าถึงการบริการสุขภาพ ในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
The objectives of this research were to study the level of access to health care services and to compare the level of access to health care services of hypertensive patients, Langa Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital, Mayo District, Pattani Province, classified by personal factors. Data were collected from 247 people by simple random sampling. The tool of this research was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F test. The results showed that overall access to health services for hypertensive patients as a whole was at the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that 3 aspects were at the highest level and 1 aspect at a high level, as follows: the cultural, functional, geographic, and financial, respectively. The results of the hypothesis testing found that overall, people with different age, education level, occupation, monthly income, and healthcare rights had significantly different access to healthcare services at .01 level, but people with different gender and marital status had no different access to healthcare services overall.
