การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานบริษัท ฤทธา จำกัด 2) เปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานบริษัท ฤทธา จำกัด จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ พนักงาน บริษัท ฤทธา จำกัด จำนวน 250 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ความถี่ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน บริษัท ฤทธา จำกัด ในภาพรวมทั้ง 4 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับ ดังนี้ 1) ด้านปริมาณงาน 2) ด้านค่าใช้จ่าย 3) ด้านเวลาในการปฏิบัติงาน และ 4) ด้านคุณภาพของงาน
This research aimed to 1) study the level of efficiency in the work of the employees of Rittha Company Limited, and 2) compare the work efficiency of the employees of Rittha Company Limited, classified according to personal factors. The sample group used in the research composed of 250 employees of Rittha Company Limited, by simple random sampling, used questionnaires as a tool for collecting data. Statistics used in data analysis are mean, percentage, frequency, and standard deviation. The results of the research found that the work efficiency of Ritta Company Limited's employees in all four areas was at a high level, as follows: 1) the quantity of work, 2) the expenses, 3) the working time, and 4) the quality of work, respectively.
