การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการทำงานเป็นทีมและระดับการบริหารคุณภาพ ทั่วทั้งองค์กรของเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา และศึกษาปัจจัยการทำงานเป็นทีมที่มีผลต่อ การบริหารคุณภาพทั่วทั้งองค์กรของเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการ วิจัยคือ ผู้บริหารที่ปฏิบัติงานในสังกัดเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา จำนวน 105 คน สถิติที่ใช้ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์หาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ แบบนำตัวแปรทั้งหมดเข้าสมการ **ผลการวิจัยพบว่า** 1\. การทำงานเป็นทีมของเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีการทำงาน เป็นทีมด้านการไว้วางใจซึ่งกันและกัน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และการบริหารคุณภาพทั่วทั้งองค์การของ เทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยมีการบริหารด้านการให้ความสำคัญกับลูกค้า ภายในและลูกค้าภายนอก อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2\. การทำงานเป็นทีมมีผลต่อการบริหารคุณภาพทั่วทั้งองค์การของเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา เรียงลำดับได้ ดังนี้ ด้านการไว้วางใจซึ่งกันและกัน (x1) ด้านการยอมรับนับถือ (x2) ด้าน เป้าหมายของทีม (x3) ด้านการติดต่อสื่อสาร (x4) และ ด้านการปฏิสัมพันธ์ (x5) ซึ่งสามารถร่วมกัน พยากรณ์การบริหารคุณภาพทั่วทั้งองค์การ ได้ร้อยละ 53.50 และเขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ในรูป คะแนนมาตรฐานได้ ดังนี้ $$\hat{Z} y = 0.331 x_1 + 0.437 x_2 - 0.125 x_3 - 0.056 x_4 + 0.239 x_5$$
This research aimed to study the level of teamwork and level of quality management throughout the organization of Hat Yai Municipality in Songkhla Province and to study factors of teamwork that affect to quality management throughout the organization of Hat Yai Municipality in Songkhla Province. The sample group that used in this research were 105 people of administrators who work under Hat Yai Municipality in Songkhla Province. Statistics used for analyzing data were mean, standard deviation, Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis: MRA by enter all variables into regression. The findings revealed that; 1. The level of teamwork of the Hat Yai Municipality in overall picture is at a high level by working as team in trusting each other is at the highest level, and quality management throughout the organization in overall picture is at the highest level by the management focuses on giving an important to both internal and external customers is at the highest level. 2. Teamwork affecting the quality management throughout the organization of Hat Yai Municipality in Songkhla province, by orderly are as follows, trust each other (x1), respect (x2), team goals (x3), communication (x4), and interaction (x5). They can together predict quality management throughout the organization at 53.50 % , can be write as a prediction equation in standard score form as $\hat{Z} y = 0.331x_1 + 0.437x_2 - 0.125x_3 - 0.056x_4 + 0.239x_5$
