การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองตามรัฐธรรมนูญ พุทธศักราช 2560 ของประชาชนในเขตพื้นที่เทศบาลเมืองบึงยี่โถ จังหวัดปทุมธานี และ 2) เปรียบเทียบระดับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในเขตพื้นที่เทศบาลเมืองบึงยี่โถ จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพการสมรส และอาชีพ ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรที่ใช้สำหรับการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ประชาชนในเขตพื้นที่เทศบาลเมืองบึงยี่โถ จังหวัดปทุมธานี ที่มีสิทธิเลือกตั้ง อายุตั้งแต่ 18 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป และมีชื่ออยู่ในบัญชีรายชื่อผู้มีสิทธิออกเสียงเลือกตั้ง จำนวน 26,909 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้มาจากการคำนวณตามสูตรของการกำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างของ ยามาเน่ จำนวน 400 ตัวอย่าง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม เป็นแบบเลือกตอบ และปลายเปิด โดยการวิเคราะห์หาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test และ F test เมื่อพบความแตกต่างจึงทำการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการ LSD ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองตามรัฐธรรมนูญ พุทธศักราช 2560 ของประชาชนในเขตพื้นที่เทศบาลเมืองบึงยี่โถ จังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 1 ด้าน คือ ด้านการใช้สิทธิเลือกตั้ง ส่วนอีก 3 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับดังนี้ ด้านการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทางการเมือง ด้านการจัดตั้งและเป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มการเมือง และด้านการชุมนุมเคลื่อนไหวทางการเมือง 2) เปรียบเทียบระดับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในเขตพื้นที่เทศบาลเมืองบึงยี่โถ จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพการสมรส และอาชีพ ในภาพรวมแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
This research aimed to 1) study the level of political participation according to the Constitution B.E. 2560 of the people in Bueng Yitho Municipality area, Pathum Thani province, and 2) compare the level of their participation classified by personal factors: gender, age, education level, marital status, and occupation. This research used quantitative method. The population were people in the Bueng Yitho Municipality area in Pathum Thani province. The sampling in the research were with the right person to vote at 18 years of age or older and there were 26,909 names on the voter list of the sample group used in this research. The researcher derived from calculations according to the formula for determining the sample size of Yamane a total of 400 samples. The instrument used in the research was a questionnaire that combines a check list and open-ended questions. The data were analyzed by using frequencies, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and LSD method. The research results found that 1) the level of political participation according to the Constitution B. E. 2560 of the people in Bueng Yitho Municipality area in Pathum Thani province overall was at a high level. Considering each aspect found the use of voting rights was at the highest level, the other 3 aspects were at high level, as follows: participation in political activities, the establishment and membership of political groups, regarding political mobilization. 2) Comparing the level of political participation of people in the Bueng Yitho Municipality area in Pathum Thani province classified by personal factors including gender, age, education level, marital status and occupation overall showed that the results statistical significance at .01 level.
