การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นของประชาชน ในเขตเทศบาลตำบลพระอินทราชา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา และ 2) เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมใน การพัฒนาท้องถิ่นของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลตำบลพระอินทราชา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำแนก ตามปัจจัยคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ซึ่งเป็นประชาชนที่อาศัย อยู่ในเขตพื้นที่เทศบาลตำบลพระอินทราชา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำนวน 400 คน โดยการวิเคราะห์ หาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทำการทดสอบสมมติฐานโดย ใช้ค่า t-test และ ANOVA ซึ่งเมื่อพบความแตกต่างจึงทำการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ ด้วยวิธีการ LSD ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลตำบลพระอินทราชา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา มี ส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อจำแนกรายด้าน พบว่า ประชาชนมี ส่วนร่วมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อยได้ ดังนี้ ด้านการรับผลประโยชน์ ด้านการตัดสินใจ ด้านการประเมินผล และด้านการปฏิบัติ เมื่อเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนา ท้องถิ่น จำแนกตามปัจจัยคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล พบว่า ประชาชนที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มี ส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น ด้านประเมินผลแตกต่างกัน โดยพบว่าประชาชนที่มีการศึกษาน้อยกว่า ปริญญาตรี มีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นด้านการประเมินผลมากกว่าประชาชนที่มีระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี และสูงกว่าปริญญาตรี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และประชาชนที่มีรายได้เฉลี่ย ต่อเดือนต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นด้านการตัดสินใจแตกต่างกัน โดยประชาชนที่มีรายได้ เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน น้อยกว่า 15,000 บาท มีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ มากกว่าประชาชนที่มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อ เดือนในอัตราอื่น ๆ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of participation in local development of the people in Tambon Phra-Intharacha, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province and 2) to compare the participation in local development of the people in Tambon Phra-Intharacha, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, classified by personal characteristics. Data were collected from 400 people living in Tambon Phra-Intharacha, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. Data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested by using t-test and ANOVA. The differences were found, then pairwise comparisons were made using the LSD method. The findings were as follows: Overall, people in Tambon Phra-Intharacha, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya contributed to local development at a moderate level. Considering each aspect, it was found that people participated in every aspect at a moderate level, as follows: receiving benefits, decision-making, assessment, and practice, respectively. Comparing contributions to local development classified by personal characteristics factors, it was found that people with different levels of education participated in local development appraisal aspects differently; people under Bachelor's degree education got more involved in local development in assessment than people who graduated in Bachelor's degree and postgraduate at .05 level of significance. Additionally, people with different average monthly incomes participated differently in local development for decision-making aspect; people with an average monthly income of less than 15,000 Baht participated in decision making more than people with average monthly income at other rates at .01 level of significance.
