การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการเรียนรู้การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของข้าราชการพลเรือนในพระองค์ สังกัดกรมมหาดเล็ก และ 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยการเรียนรู้การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการพลเรือนในพระองค์ สังกัดกรมมหาดเล็ก โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ข้าราชการพลเรือน สังกัดกรมมหาดเล็ก จำนวน 400 คน ใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายชั้นตอน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ การวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ระดับการเรียนรู้การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของข้าราชการพลเรือนในพระองค์ สังกัดกรมมหาดเล็ก ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.54 โดยด้านการตระหนักถึงการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดเท่ากับ 3.78 และด้านการเข้าใจในเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุดเท่ากับ 3.16 ระดับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการพลเรือนในพระองค์ สังกัดกรมมหาดเล็ก ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.49 โดยด้านค่าใช้จ่ายในงาน มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุดเท่ากับ 3.67 และด้านปริมาณงาน มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุดเท่ากับ 3.34 ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ปัจจัยการเรียนรู้การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ด้านการวิเคราะห์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่ใช้ในการทำงาน ด้านการเข้าใจในเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ด้านการประเมินการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ด้านการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานโดยภาพรวม ที่ร้อยละ 49.90 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The objectives of the study were 1) to study the level of learning about the use of Information Technology of officials in the Royal Household, Department of Interior and 2) to study the learning factors of the use of information technology affecting the performance efficiency of Officials of Royal Household, Department of Interior The sample was 400 officials by multistage sampling. The data collection tools were questionnaires. The data analysis was analyzed using statistics, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, correlation coefficient analysis of multiple regression equations. The results showed that the overall level of learning factors about the use of information technology of the Officials in Royal Household, Department of Interior was at a high level with an average of 3.54. In terms of awareness of the use of information technology the result showed the highest average score of 3.78. The lowest mean was 3.16 for the understanding of information technology. The findings showed an overall was at a high level of performance efficiency of officials with an average of 3.49. Moreover, under the cost of work, the results showed the highest average of 3.67 and the amount of work had the lowest mean of 3.34. The hypothesis testing results revealed that the learning factors about the use of information technology in the analysis of information technology at work, the understanding of information technology, the evaluation of information technology, as well as the application of information technology affecting performance efficiency, in overall was at 49.90%; with statistically significance at .01 level.
