การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) ศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะด้านการบริหารจัดการของนายทหาร นักเรียนหลักสูตรนายทหารชั้นผู้บังคับฝูง และ 2) ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับระดับสมรรถนะ ด้านการบริหารจัดการของนายทหารนักเรียนหลักสูตรนายทหารชั้นผู้บังคับฝูง โดยใช้ประชากร คือ นายทหารนักเรียนหลักสูตรชั้นผู้บังคับฝูง รุ่นที่ 137 จำนวน 180 คน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบร่างกายสมรรถนะด้านการบริหารจัดการของนายทหารนักเรียนหลักสูตร นายทหารชั้นผู้บังคับฝูง ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก แต่มีด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำกว่าระดับความต้องการของ กองทัพอากาศ ได้แก่ ด้านวางแผนเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ ด้านทักษะการวิเคราะห์และติดตามงาน ด้านทักษะ การติดต่อสื่อสาร และด้านทักษะการใช้ภาษา ผลการเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับระดับสมรรถนะ ด้านการบริหารจัดการ พบร่างกายเพศชายมีสมรรถนะมากกว่าเพศหญิง ส่วนนายทหารนักเรียนที่มีอายุ 46- 55 ปี มีอายุราชการ 21-30 ปี ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาเอก มีสมรรถนะมากที่สุด และเหล่ารอบ มีสมรรถนะ มากกว่าเหล่านับสนุนการอบ
The objective of the study were 1) to study level of managerial competency of squadron Leader Student Officers 2) to compare human factor with the level of managerial competency. Number of population was 180 people of Squadron Leader Student Officer class 137. Questionnaire was used for this study and the statistic was used to analyze data composed of percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The result revealed that the average level of managerial competency of squadron Leader Student Officers was high but some level of component of managerial competency was below the level requirement of Royal Thai Air force as follow Strategic Planning, Analytical and Follow-up Skill, Communication Skill, and Language Skill. The result of comparing human factors with the level of competency managerial were male having managerial competency level more than female, span of age 46-55, year's experience 21-30, and also doctorate degree having the highest level of managerial competency in the same group, and combat officers having managerial competency level more than support combat officers.
