การวิจัยครั้งนี้มุ่งศึกษาความต้องการสวัสดิภาพของผู้สูงอายุในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแก้งสนามนาง อำเภอแก้งสนามนาง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความต้องการสวัสดิการของผู้สูงอายุในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแก้งสนามนาง อำเภอแก้งสนามนาง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ประชากรทั้งสิ้น 1,676 คน จำนวน 330 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบอย่างง่ายโดยนำรายชื่อมาจับฉลาก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมติฐานการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าที (t-test) และค่าเอฟ (F test) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ความต้องการสวัสดิการของผู้สูงอายุในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแก้งสนามนาง อำเภอแก้งสนามนาง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ($\bar{X}$ = 4.24, S.D. = 0.204) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อันดับแรกด้านสุขภาพอนามัย ($\bar{X}$ = 4.46, S.D. = 0.320) รองลงมาด้านความปลอดภัยในชีวิต ($\bar{X}$ = 4.39, S.D. = 0.472) ด้านที่อยู่อาศัย ($\bar{X}$ = 4.25, S.D. = 0.611) ด้านการแก้ไขปัญหาความยากจนและด้อยโอกาส ($\bar{X}$ = 4.23, S.D. = 0.539) ด้านการศึกษา ($\bar{X}$ = 4.13, S.D. = 0.296) และด้านด้านนันทนาการ ($\bar{X}$ = 4.02, S.D. = 0.680) ตามลำดับ ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยความต้องการสวัสดิการของผู้สูงอายุในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแก้งสนามนาง อำเภอแก้งสนามนาง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ อาชีพ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ลักษณะที่อยู่อาศัย พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .01 ยกเว้น ระยะเวลาที่อาศัยอยู่ในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลไม่พบความแตกต่าง
The objectives of this research were to study welfare needs of the elderly in Kaengsamanng Sub-district Administrative Organization, Kaengsanamnang District, Nakhonratchasima Province and to compare the level of welfare needs of the elderly in Kaengsamanmng Sub-district, Kaengsanamnnng District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province classified by personal factors. A total population of 1676 people, including 330 samples by multistage randomization by bringing the list to draw a label. The tool used for collecting data is a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data are Frequency distribution, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation. Research hypothesis testing, including t-test and F test. The research results found that the opinions on the welfare needs of the elderly in Kaengsananmnng Sub-district Administrative Organization, Kaengsananmnng District Nakhon Ratchasima Province in overall was at a high level ( $\bar{X}$ = 4.24, S.D. = 0.204), when considering each aspect, it was found that health was the first priority ( $\bar{X}$ = 4.46, S.D. = . 320) followed by safety in life ( $\bar{X}$ = 4.39, S.D. = 0.472) Residential ( $\bar{X}$ = 4.25, S.D. = .611) in solving poverty and underprivileged problems ( $\bar{X}$ = 4.23, S.D. = .539) Education ( $\bar{X}$ = 4.13, S.D. = .296), and recreation ( $\bar{X}$ = 4.02, S.D. = .680) respectively. The results of the hypothesis testing comparing the factors of welfare needs of the elderly in Kaengsamanmnng Sub-district Administrative Organization, Kaengsananmnng District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province classified by personal factors such as gender, age, occupation, educational level, status, average monthly income, residential style found that statistically significant difference at .01 level, except for the duration of residence in the Sub-District Administrative Organization, there was no difference.
