การวิจัยเรื่อง คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ราชทัณฑ์ในทันตสถานจังหวัดปทุมธานี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ราชทัณฑ์ในทันตสถานจังหวัดปทุมธานี เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ราชทัณฑ์ในทันตสถานจังหวัดปทุมธานี จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่ราชทัณฑ์สังกัดทันตสถานบำบัดพิเศษหญิง สังกัดทันตสถานวัยหนุ่มกลางและสังกัดทันตสถานบำบัดพิเศษจังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 179 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาคำ (IOC) เท่ากับ 0.98 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความเชื่อมั่นของตรอนบาคเท่ากับ 0.895 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (X ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ค่า t-test, F test และการทดสอบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเซฟเฟ่ (Scheffé's method) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1\. ระดับความคิดเห็นต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ราชทัณฑ์ในทันตสถานจังหวัดปทุมธานี พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่าง มีระดับความคิดเห็นต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ราชทัณฑ์ในทันตสถานจังหวัดปทุมธานี ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านลักษณะงานที่เกี่ยวข้องสัมพันธ์และเป็นประโยชน์ต่อสังคม อยู่ในระดับมากรองลงมาคือ ด้านประชาธิปไตยในองค์การ อยู่ในระดับมาก และข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านความสามารถระหว่างชีวิตกับการทำงาน อยู่ในระดับน้อย 2\. ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับรายได้และระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงานต่างกัน มีระดับความคิดเห็นต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ราชทัณฑ์ในทันตสถานจังหวัดปทุมธานี แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 นอกจากนี้ ยังพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีสถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษาและตำแหน่งงานต่างกัน มีระดับความคิดเห็นต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ราชทัณฑ์ในทันตสถานจังหวัดปทุมธานี ไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research was the work life quality of the Correctional Officers in the Pathumthani Provincial Correctional Institution. The purposes of this study were 1) to investigate the level of the work life quality of the correctional officers in the Pathumthani Provincial Correctional Institution and 2) to compare the work life quality of the correctional officers in the Pathumthani Provincial Correctional Institution classified by personal factors. The sample was 179 people from correctional officers in Correctional Institution for Female Drug Addicts, Central Correctional Institution for Middle Youth Offenders and Pathumthani Provincial Correctional Institution for Drugs Addicts. The instruments were questionnaires. The questionnaire validity test was verified by the item-objective congruence index (IOC) was 0.98. Its reliability was verified by calculation of Cronbach was 0.895. Data was analyzed using percentage, average (X̄), standard deviation (S.D.), t-test, F-test and Scheffe's method. The finding revealed that; 1. It revealed that the rating opinion scale of the work life quality of the correctional officers in the Pathumthani Provincial Correctional Institution in overall was the medium level, when consider each aspect found that the highest average was relevant job characteristics and beneficial to society at a high level, followed by Democracy in organization at a high level and the item with the least mean was work-life balance at the low level. 2. The personal factors of the sample were the differences in sex status, age, income level and working period. The overview of rating opinion scale on the work life quality of the correctional officers in the Pathumthani Provincial Correctional Institution was statistically significant different at .05 levels. In addition, marital status, education level and work position different have opinions on the work life quality of the correctional officers in the Pathumthani Provincial Correctional Institution not different.
