การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลทุ่งโพธิ์ อำเภอนาดี จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลทุ่งโพธิ์ อำเภอนาดี จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลทุ่งโพธิ์ อำเภอนาดี จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี จำนวน 285 คน จากสูตรคำนวณเลขสุ่มของ ยามาเน (Yamane. 1970) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .958 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบโค-สแควร์ (Chi-square test) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 60-69 ปี มีสถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษาประถมศึกษา มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนต่ำกว่า 5,000 บาท และมีอาชีพเกษตรกรรมและลักษณะการอยู่อาศัยอยู่กับคู่สมรส มีระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลทุ่งโพธิ์ อำเภอนาดี จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ($\bar{X}$ = 3.94) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน เรียงจากค่าเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านร่างกาย ด้านความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม ด้านจิตใจ และน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ตามลำดับ นอกจากนี้ ผลทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างกันคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลทุ่งโพธิ์ อำเภอนาดี จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี ที่มีอายุ ระดับการศึกษาอาชีพ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และลักษณะการอยู่อาศัยที่ต่างกัน มีคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ .05 ยกเว้นเพศ สถานภาพ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างกันคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ
This research aims 1) to study the quality of life of the elderly living in Thungpho Sub-district Administrative Organization, Nadi District, Prachinburi Province and 2) the relationship between personal factors and the quality of life of the elderly living in Thungpho Sub-district Administrative Organization, Nadi District, Prachinburi Province. The sample this research was 285 the elderly living in the Thungpho Sub-district Administrative Organization, Nadi Didritct, Prachinburi Province from random number tables of Yamane Taro. (Yamane Taro. 1970). The tools used in data collecting was a questionnaire with reliability was 958. The statistics of data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and Chi-square test. The research results found that the most of respondents were female, aged 60-69 years, marital status, Prathomsuksa education level, the maximum grade, average monthly income is lower than 5,000 baht and the agriculture career and characteristics of living with a spouse have quality of life level of the elderly living in Thungpho Sub-district Administrative Organization Nadi District, Prachinburi Province in overall was at a high level ($\bar{X}$ = 3.94), when considering a list of aspects, sort descending: physical domain, social relationship, psychological domain, and environment respectively. Addition found that relationship between the quality of life of the elderly living in Thungpho Sub-district Administrative Organization, Nadi District, Prachinburi Province, with age, education level, careen, average monthly income and characteristics of living different have quality of life of the elderly statistically significant different at .01 and .05, except gender, marital status no relationship between the quality of life of the elderly.
