การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันในการจัดการกระบวนการผลิต ปัญหา และอุปสรรคในการจัดการกระบวนการผลิตสมุนไพรฟ้าทะลายโจร ที่เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ของกองพัฒนายาแผนไทยและสมุนไพร กรมการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือก กระทรวงสาธารณสุข เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในเชิงลึก จากเอกสารงานวิจัยต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องร่วมกับการลงพื้นที่สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับกลุ่มบุคคลซึ่งเป็นผู้ที่ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การจัดการกระบวนการผลิตสมุนไพรฟ้าทะลายโจร ที่เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ของ กองพัฒนายาแผนไทยและสมุนไพร กรมการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือก กระทรวงสาธารณสุข การจัดการด้านวัตถุดิบที่ใช้ในการผลิตโดยการคัดเลือกและสรรหากฎหมายการภายในประเทศได้แก่ บริษัทขาวลออาเส็ช จำกัด เกษตรกร ตลาดกลางสมุนไพร และชวนไร่ที่ซื้อกลางกับกองพัฒนา ยาแผนไทยและสมุนไพร วิธีการจัดซื้อและการเก็บรักษาจัดซื้อตามงบประมาณ และตามตำรับยา การจัดเก็บในสถานที่และภาชนะเฉพาะในการจัดเก็บปิด ทึบแสง และมีการควบคุมอุณหภูมิไม่ให้ขึ้น มาตรฐานและการตรวจสอบควบคุมคุณภาพ โดยการตรวจมาตรฐานวัตถุดิบ สาระสำคัญ จุลินทรีย์โลหะหนัก ให้ได้ตาม GMP และตรวจสอบมาตรฐานของกระทรวงสาธารณสุข การวางแผนในการใช้วัตถุดิบต่างๆ จากแผนการผลิตประจำปี และความต้องการใช้ของโรงพยาบาลในภาคีเครือข่าย และกระบวนการผลิตสารสกัดฟ้าทะลายโจรที่ได้ทำการปรับสภาพการไหลของตัวยา บรรจุลงใน Capsule เบอร์ 0 และลงแผง blister ใส่กล่องบรรจุโดยต้องมีการควบคุมคุณภาพในทุก ๆ ขั้นตอนของการผลิตเครื่องมือและเทคโนโลยีที่ใช้ในการผลิต ใช้เครื่อง Semi-Auto Capsule Filling Machine, Auto blister packing Machine กำลังการผลิตมีค่อนข้างน้อย โดยใช้เครื่องมือและกำลังคนผลิตได้ 50,000 Capsule/1 วัน ทำให้ภาวะงานหนักและไม่เพียงพอต่อจำนวนที่ต้องการ ปัญหาและอุปสรรคของการจัดการกระบวนการผลิตสมุนไพรฟ้าทะลายโจร ห้องปฏิบัติของหน่วยงานสามารถตรวจสอบและควบคุมได้บางรายการ (มีข้อจำกัดในการตรวจควบคุมคุณภาพ) จึงต้องมีการส่งตรวจหน่วยงานภายนอก ส่งผลให้มีค่าใช้จ่าย ต้นทุนการผลิตที่เพิ่มมากขึ้น
The objectives of this research were to study the current conditions of the production process management, problems and obstacles in the Andrographis Paniculata production process management which a product of Herb and Thai Traditional Medicine Development Division, Development of Thai Traditional and Alternative Medicine, Ministry of Public Health. This research was a qualitative research which the collected by in-depth interviews with a group of people who gave important information.
