งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุ ของประชากรในวัยกลางคนในเขตอำเภอธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุ ของประชากรในวัยกลางคนในเขตอำเภอธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำแนกตามปัจจัย ส่วนบุคคล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตอำเภอธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 385 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ คำร้อยละ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที่ (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และทดสอบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการเชฟเฟ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า การเตรียมความพร้อมของบุคลากรวัยกลางคนเพื่อเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุ ในเขตอำเภอบธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดับค่อนข้างสูง ผลการทดลองสมมติฐานพบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ สถานภาพการสมรส อาชีพ รายได้ต่อเดือน และที่อยู่อาศัยแตกต่างกันมีการเตรียมความพร้อมในการเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
This objectives of this research were to study the preparation for aging society of middle-aged population in Thanyaburi district, Pathumthani Province 2) to study the preparation for aging society of middle-aged population in Thanyaburi district, Pathumthani Province, classified by personal factors. The samples were 385 the aging society of middle-aged in Thanyaburi district, Pathumthani Province. The tool used in this study was a questionnaire. The statistics of data analysis were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe test. The results of this research revealed that the preparation for aging society of middle aged population in Thanyaburi district, Pathumthani Province in overall was at rarely high level. The hypothesis testing found that different gender, age, marital status, occupation, monthly income and housing different had the preparation for aging society of middle aged statistically significant different at .01 level.
