การบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบึงคอไห อำเภอลำลูกกา จังหวัดปทุมธานี มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการวิจัย 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบึงคอไห อำเภอลำลูกกา จังหวัดปทุมธานี และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบึงคอไห อำเภอลำลูกกา จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำแนกตามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ประชาชนตำบลบึงคอไห จำนวน 380 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมานโดยใช้การทดสอบความแตกต่าง ได้แก่ t-test, One-way ANOVA และทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธี Least Significant Difference (LSD) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบึงคอไห อำเภอลำลูกกา จังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ($\bar{X}$ = 3.92, S.D. = 0.70) และมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล บึงคอไห ด้านหลักคุณธรรม มากที่สุด ($\bar{X}$ = 3.99, S.D. = 0.72) ผลการวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ย พบว่า ประชาชนที่มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านเพศ อายุ สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ต่อเดือน และระยะเวลาที่อาศัยอยู่ในตำบลบึงคอไหต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบึงคอไห อำเภอลำลูกกา จังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ประชาชนที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบึงคอไห อำเภอลำลูกกา จังหวัดปทุมธานี แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และประชาชนที่มีอาชีพต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบึงคอไห อำเภอลำลูกกา จังหวัดปทุมธานี แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The purposes of this research were to study the ways of Administration base on Good Governance of Buengkohai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Lumlukka District, Pathumthani Province were 1) to examine the administration based on Good Governance of Buengkohai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Lum lukka District, Pathumthani Province and 2) to compare administration based on Good Governance of Buengkohai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Lumlukka District, Pathumthani Province classified by individual factors. The sample to study 380 peoples from Buengkohhai Subdistrict. The data analysis by descriptive statistics were Frequency, Mean, Percentage, Standard Deviation and inferential statistics were t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Least Significant Difference (LSD). The research revealed that the administration based on Good Governance of Buengkohai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Lumlukka District, Pathumthani Province was at the high level (X = 3.92, S.D. = 0.70), especially, in term of their moral aspect, which reaches the highest level (X = 3.99, S.D. = 0.72). The results of the analysis of the mean difference it were founded that different personnel factors with sex, age, marital status, education level, occupation, salary monthly and period of living in Buengkohhai Subdistrict has opinions to administration based on Good Governance of Buengkohhai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Lumlukka District, Pathumthani Province in overall not different. When considering each aspect, it is found that the people with different of education level a opinions to administration based on Good Governance of Buengkohhai Subdistrict administrative Organization, Lumlukka District, Pathumthani Province were statistically significant different at the level of .05 and the people with different of occupation a opinions to administration based on Good Governance of Buengkohhai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Lumlukka District, Pathumthani Province were statistically significant different at the level of .01.
