การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาระดับขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการทัณฑสถานบำบัดพิเศษจังหวัดปทุมธานี เพื่อนำผลการศึกษาและข้อเสนอแนะ เสนอต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาสำหรับใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการหาแนวทางเสริมสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการทัณฑสถานบำบัดพิเศษจังหวัดปทุมธานี ในด้านสภาพการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านความเพียงพอของรายได้ ด้านโอกาสความก้าวหน้า ด้านความยุติธรรมในหน่วยงาน และด้านสวัสดิการในหน่วยงาน โดยจำแนกตามสถานภาพส่วนบุคคล คือ เพศ อายุ สถานภาพทางครอบครัว ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ต่อเดือน และตำแหน่งหน้าที่ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ข้าราชการทัณฑสถานบำบัดพิเศษจังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 90 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ข้าราชการทัณฑสถานบำบัดพิเศษจังหวัดปทุมธานี ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุระหว่าง 50-59 ปี สถานภาพสมรส การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี รายได้ต่อเดือน 10,001-20,000 บาท ระดับตำแหน่งชำนาญงาน และระดับขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของข้าราชการทัณฑสถานบำบัดพิเศษจังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับ ดังนี้ ด้านสวัสดิการในหน่วยงาน ด้านสภาพการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านโอกาสความก้าวหน้า ด้านความยุติธรรมในหน่วยงาน และด้านความเพียงพอของรายได้ สำหรับผลที่ได้จากการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยจะนำไปเสนอแนะให้ทัณฑสถานบำบัดพิเศษจังหวัดปทุมธานี เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการเสริมสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการ ทัณฑสถานบำบัดพิเศษจังหวัดปทุมธานี
The purpose of this study was to study morale and encouragement in the operation of officials in Pathumthani Correctional Institution for Drug Addicts and to study ways and suggestions to enhance morale and encouragement in the operation of officials in Pathumthani Correctional Institution for Drug Addicts. The amounts of 90 officials in Pathumthani Correctional Institution for Drug Addicts were selected for the study. The instrument used for the study was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze data were frequency, percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The results of this study were as follow Most officials in Pathumthani Correctional Institution for Drug Addicts are male, aged between 50-59 years old, marriage, graduated Bachelor’s degree, had average salary 10,001-20,000 Baht per month, experienced level. Morale and encouragement in the operation of officials in Pathumthani Correctional Institution for Drug Addicts was at a high level whereas their morale in working in every aspect was at a high level, as follows aspect of welfare, operating conditions, the progress of the job, fairness, the adequacy of the salaries and income, respectively. For the results of this research would lead to a recommendation to Pathumthani Correctional Institution for Drug Addicts for enhancing morale and encouragement in the operation of officials in Pathumthani Correctional Institution for Drug Addicts
