การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของประชาชนในการขอรับเบี้ย ยังชีพผู้สูงอายุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล กรณีศึกษา ตำบลพรหมณี อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครนายก วิธีการศึกษาได้ศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นประชาชนที่ขอรับเบี้ยยังชีพผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนในการขอรับเบี้ยยังชีพขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลพรหมณี อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครนายก ใน 3 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย 1) กระบวนการให้บริการของเจ้าหน้าที่ 2) ขั้นตอนการให้บริการ และ 3) สถานที่ให้บริการ แบบสอบถามมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test F test และไคสแคว์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มี เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ระดับรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และอาชีพที่แตกต่างกัน ไม่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มาขอรับเบี้ยยังชีพผู้สูงอายุ ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล กรณีศึกษา ตำบลพรหมณี อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครนายก 2. ปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพในการให้บริการ ไม่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มาขอรับเบี้ยยังชีพผู้สูงอายุ ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลพรหมณี อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครนายก 3. ปัจจัยที่สนับสนุนต่อความพึงพอใจของประชาชนและความพึงพอใจของประชาชนในการขอรับเบี้ยยังชีพผู้สูงอายุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล กรณีศึกษา ตำบลพรหมณี อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครนายก มีความสัมพันธ์กัน
This research aimed to investigate the satisfaction of the people to obtain allowance of the elderly a case study of Prommanee subdistrict, Muang district, Nakhonnayok. A representative sample of the population to obtain allowance of the elderly people in Prommanee subdistrict, Muang district, Nakhonnayok, in three aspects 1) a service process of officers, 2) steps of the service, and 3) place of the service. The questionnaire had a reliability of 0.98. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, F test, and Chi-square. The results revealed that 1. Different socio-demographic factors gender, age, level of education, income per month, and occupation had no affect on their satisfaction of the elderly cash allowance of the Prommanee subdistrict, Muang district, Nakhonnayok. 2. The factors in a quality of service had no affect on the satisfaction of the people who came to claim the elderly allowance of Prommanee subdistrict, Muang district, Nakhon-nayok. 3. The supporting factors affected to their satisfaction which was related to their satisfaction with the elderly cash allowance of the Prommanee Administrative Organization.
