การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานกับการตัดสินใจเลือกโรงเรียน กวดวิชาเข้าโรงเรียนเตรียมทหารของผู้ปกครองในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและการบริหารงานกับการตัดสินใจเลือกโรงเรียนกวดวิชาเข้าโรงเรียนเตรียมทหารของผู้ปกครองในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนที่กวดวิชาเข้าโรงเรียนเตรียมทหาร ในปีการศึกษา 2557 ใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 400 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป แจกแจงข้อมูลด้วยค่าสถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุคูณ (Multiple Linear Regression) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การบริหารงานกับการตัดสินใจเลือกโรงเรียนกวดวิชาเข้าโรงเรียนเตรียมทหารของผู้ปกครองในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและการบริหารงานกับการตัดสินใจเลือกโรงเรียน กวดวิชาเข้าโรงเรียนเตรียมทหารของผู้ปกครองในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่า การตัดสินใจเลือกโรงเรียนกวดวิชาของผู้ปกครองไม่ขึ้นอยู่กับปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 และพบว่าการตัดสินใจเลือกโรงเรียนกวดวิชาของผู้ปกครองทุกด้านขึ้นอยู่กับการบริหารงาน ยกเว้นด้านสถานที่ตั้งของโรงเรียนกวดวิชาเท่านั้นที่ไม่ขึ้นอยู่กับการบริหารงาน
The objectives of the study administration and Decision in Chossing Tutorial Schools for Entry the Army Forces Academies Preparatory School of Student Parents in Bangkok, and The relation of personal factor and Administration and Decision in Chossing Tutorial Schools for Entry the Army Forces Academies Preparatory School of Student Parents in Bangkok. The population used in this study included 400 personnel in Student Parents in Bangkok the academic year is 2014 were collected for data query, data analysis used software and data distribution with the average, percentage, Standard Deviation, and Chi-Square, Multiple Linear Regression. The results revealed that 1. Administration and Decision in Chossing Tutorial Schools for Entry the Army Forces Academies Preparatory School of Student Parents in Bangkok by the overall image is in the level is middle. 2. The relation of personal factor and Administration and Decision in Chossing Tutorial Schools for Entry the Army Forces Academies Preparatory School of Student Parents in Bangkok the making a decision Chossing Tutorial Schools doesn't depend on personal factor that .05 significance level, and the making a decision Chossing Tutorial Schools of every side depends on work administration, except, locations in the Tutorial Schools only don’t depend on work administration.
